How long does production and shipping take?

Standard stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom packaging projects typically have a production lead time of 10-15 business days following artwork approval, plus transit time depending on your location.

What file formats do you require for custom artwork?

To ensure the highest print quality, we require vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. All fonts should be outlined and images should be at least 300 DPI.
