Our minimum order quantity varies by product type. For standard stock items, there is no minimum. For custom printed boxes or mailers, the MOQ typically starts at 100 units to ensure cost-effectiveness for our clients.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we offer both stock samples and custom structural prototypes. Stock samples allow you to check material quality, while custom prototypes ensure your product fits perfectly before we begin the full production run.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom packaging projects typically have a production lead time of 10-15 business days following artwork approval, plus transit time depending on your location.
What file formats do you require for custom artwork?
To ensure the highest print quality, we require vector files in AI, EPS, or PDF format. All fonts should be outlined and images should be at least 300 DPI.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?

What is your return policy for damaged or defective items?
