At Gamut Packaging, we stand behind the quality of our shipping and storage solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping containers to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark your RMA number on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our customer service representative.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
